5th Semester

Project – Experimental – HD - Max 3-4 Minutes

6th Semester Project - Dissertation Film , 35mm (within 30 minutes)

 Ø Students' planning/writing/preparation/ for the projects/exercises are required to be done beyond the routine hours also as a part of fulltime engagement

                     Ø      Workshops/projects/exercises take place beyond routine hours into odd/extended hours

IF A SELECTED CANDIDATE AFTER OFFER OF ADMISSION FAILS TO PAY HIS/HER FEES BY DUE DATE AS COMMUNICATED, HIS/HER SELECTION WILL BE CANCELLED.

IMPORTANT

Ø       Each candidate selected for admission for the course must pay the specified fees before the commencement of the course, failing which the selection will be cancelled and the seat will be offered to candidates on the waiting list.

Ø       Tuition Fees do not include the Hostel Charges and cost of materials (other than raw film stock) that may be required to be purchased from time to time for practical work.

Ø       Tuition Fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Ø       Deposits will be refunded only after final completion/discontinuation of the course as per extant rules.

Ø       Students to pay fees annually before enrolment at the beginning of the session as notified.

Failure to pay fees within the prescribed date/s will attract action as per extant rules.

 

Scholarships & Awards

A limited number of scholarships will be offered to the students qualifying as per extant rules.

The scholarships will be awarded on a yearly basis; two scholarships per discipline, solely on the basis of academic performance i.e. on merit basis only. 

 

Further, students may avail of stipend that are being awarded by their respective State Governments, if offered, as may be applicable.

 

 

Hostel Charges

There is provision for hostel accommodation on twin sharing basis. Allotment will be decided by the institute.

IMPORTANT

Ø Hostel charges are exclusive of the cost of food etc. 

Ø Hostel Rent is not refundable even if a student leaves hostel at any time of the year.

Ø Boarders will not be allowed to stay in the hostel during vacations.

Ø Boarders are not allowed to keep guests in their rooms in the hostel.

Ø Violation of hostel rules and decorum will invite disciplinary action as per extant rules.
